In the years since, it has become clear that closing that gap so that our real life matches our hoped-for life requires equal parts intention and practice. In my own life, that means making decisions anchored in my values, supported by my strengths and leveraging my skills so that I can love life and work more, more often. Today, I am grateful, always, for the beauty of this life, and for the space to reevaluate, redefine and lean into a bigger, deeper yes to it all. Even while it all still shifts.
As an ICF-certified coach, I now have the deep pleasure and privilege of helping people reconnect with their own best hopes, anchor those hopes in what actually matters, and take steady, meaningful steps toward a life that feels whole, and deeply aligned.
I live on Vancouver’s North Shore with my husband and our two teenagers. When I’m not coaching you’ll probably find me on the ocean or on the front stoop with these sweet people I’ve been given to love.
