Coaching Circles

Group coaching offers a supportive, collective space where you can learn from others, feel encouraged, and realize you’re not alone in your journey.
Money—it’s more than just numbers and dollar signs. It can be a source of peace or stress, empowerment or anxiety. In this circle, inspired by Ken Honda’s Happy Money, we’ll explore the Japanese art of making peace with money and transforming how we feel about it. Together, we’ll discover how to approach money not as a burden, but as a supportive partner in our lives. This isn’t about quick fixes or financial strategies; it’s about changing the way we experience money so we can welcome it with respect, gratitude, and ease
Friendship—it's one of life’s most grounding forces, yet for many men, it’s a bit of an untapped adventure. This coaching circle is all about exploring what makes male friendships meaningful, memorable, and just plain enjoyable. Together, we’ll dive into what it takes to build friendships that feel real and lasting, as we move through midlife with curiosity and openness.
Transitions—they can feel like a free fall, but maybe they’re more like stepping into the unknown with open hands. Together, we’ll walk through the thresholds of change, discovering what’s waiting for us on the other side. Drawing from Bruce Feiler’s Life is in the Transitions, we’ll find meaning and growth in life’s most pivotal moments, learning how to embrace the shifts with grace and courage.
Life is full of distractions, but what happens when you focus? When you show up, fully present, fully engaged? Here, we’ll rediscover the power of attention, cutting through the noise to live with clarity and intention. Using the Full Focus Planner as our guide, we’ll create space for what truly matters and unlock the full potential of our days.
Boundaries—they’re not walls, they’re doors that swing open to the right things and close to the rest. In this session, we’ll explore the sacred space of ‘no,’ learning how to create freedom within the lines we draw.
This pause, this shift—it’s not the end. It’s the beginning of something new and often challenging to navigate on your own. Together, we’ll navigate the unknown, find our strength, and honor the profound changes that shape us in ways we never expected or imagined.
Sleep—this thing we all crave but sometimes can’t seem to find. In this space, we’ll uncover the rhythms of rest and restore the deep peace that comes when you finally let go and embrace the quiet.
Parenting—it’s not static, it’s this fluid, ever-evolving role. What happens when the rules change, and you’re no longer the center of their universe? We’ll explore how to gracefully shift, release, and support our children as they grow.
Relationships—they’re where the mess and the magic coexist. In this space, we’ll explore the tension, heartache, and hope, learning how to love and live with those closest to us, even when things get complicated. Whether it’s family, friends, partners, or colleagues, we’ll dive into what it means to navigate these bonds with care and courage. Workplace dynamics bring their own set of challenges, and we’ll explore how to maintain healthy, respectful connections with those we work with.
