Opal’s story is one of reinvention—a leap from the private sector into the world of healing and growth. In midlife, driven by an undeniable calling, she traded her business career for a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, finding her purpose in helping others reclaim their lives.

Opal is endlessly curious about people—their stories, their resilience, their quiet bravery in the face of life’s storms. She believes that within each person lies an untapped well of strength and healing. With warmth and compassion, she creates a space where clients feel safe to dig deep, uncover hidden strengths, and work through the patterns that hold them back from truly living.

Her practice is rooted in attachment theory and the latest insights from neuroscience, woven together with tools from ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. Opal brings her own life experiences and her extensive background in trauma-informed therapy, career counseling, and coaching, to support individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds.

For those grappling with anxiety, depression, career changes, grief, or life’s many transitions, Opal is a compassionate guide, walking with her clients toward a life that feels more real, more true, and more whole.
