My first half? It was all about building, scaling, and leading in business, recruitment, marketing, and coaching. Over three decades, I worked with brands like lululemon, Nintendo, and Best Buy, leading teams and expanding businesses across continents. And I loved it. But somewhere along the way, a shift started. I realized that the work that truly matters isn’t about market share or mergers—it’s about people, about creating something that sticks.
So, I sold my business and went back to school, diving into a master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching. The driving question? How can we turn midlife into an opportunity, not just a checkpoint? Because here’s what I’ve come to believe—midlife is loaded with potential. It’s a launchpad, a chance to take everything we’ve learned and turn it into a life and work that truly resonate.
In all those years in leadership recruitment, one thing became clear: the best leaders, the ones who leave a lasting impact, never go it alone. They build support, seek guidance, and foster community. That’s why I created InHabit.Life™. This isn’t just a program; it’s an ecosystem for those ready to approach midlife with purpose. Through coaching, cohort-based learning, retreats (or, as I like to call them, “advances”), and therapeutic support, we’ve built a space for people who want to navigate midlife on their terms, with others who understand the journey.
If you’re ready to embrace this season not as something to “get through” but as a real investment in yourself, InHabit.Life is here for you. Midlife is an open door, inviting you to step forward with intention. This is your time to create the life and work you want, to do something that matters. Let’s step through that door, together.
