I spent years as a TV news producer, a corporate communications executive, and a business owner, all while managing chronic stress and sleep struggles. I pushed hard, thinking that was the only way to achieve, only to realize that resilience isn’t about just pushing through—it’s about rest, recovery, and a real sense of balance.
In my 40s, this insight turned into a calling, and I became a certified sleep and stress coach. Now, at InHabit, I’m here to guide people in reconnecting with the power of restorative sleep and sustainable resilience. Through personalized coaching sessions and workshops, I help clients tackle sleep challenges and restore balance using the latest in sleep science and nervous system health. My approach is practical, adaptable, and designed to fit into even the busiest of lives, because I know firsthand that life doesn’t slow down just because you need rest.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on the hiking trails, reading one of the five books I have on the go, or shuttling my teens around to school and hockey practice.
