SHIFT:

When Life is Rearranging Itself

Facilitated by:
A six-week small-group coaching circle for people who sense something is changing and don’t want to miss what it’s asking of them. Each 90-minute session combines 20-30 minutes of focused content with facilitated coaching conversations. This is a space to slow down, get honest about what’s changing and walk away with thoughtful next steps. Runs for 6 consecutive Wednedsay evenings starting April 8 and finishing May 13. 5:30-7PM PT

Our SHIFT Coaching Circle is a six-week learning and coaching experience for people who feel that shift happening and want to meet it with clarity, courage, and intention rather than rushing past it or pretending it isn’t there.

Each 90-minute session blends focused teaching with facilitated coaching conversation, helping you move from insight to alignment and from reflection to action; grounded in real life, not theory.

What This Work Is Really About

Midlife doesn’t ask us to start over. It asks us to listen differently.

SHIFT is anchored in three commitments that shape how we meet this season:

• Lead your whole self well — not just the productive or successful parts
• Tell yourself the truth — without drama or self-judgment
• Practice radical acceptance — so energy isn’t wasted resisting what’s real

Together, these commitments quiet the noise, clarify what matters, and create the conditions for wiser, more deliberate choices.

This circle could be for you if ...

• You sense something in your life is shifting, even if you can’t yet name it
• The old ways no longer fit, and you’re curious about what’s emerging
• You want space for honest reflection and real conversation, not performance
• You’re ready to lead your whole self well, at work and at home
• You want to meet the second half of life with intention, imagination, and courage

The Format: Here's how it unfolds

6 weekly live sessions for 6 consecutive Wednedsay evenings starting April 8 and finishing May 13 @ 5:30-7PM PT

  • 90 minutes each
  • First 20 minutes: grounded teaching drawn from SHIFT to introduce shared language and perspective
  • Remaining time: open, facilitated dialogue focused on real-life application
  • Explore what’s changing, what no longer fits, and what may be emerging
  • Draw on the collective wisdom of the group through honest conversation
  • Focus on meaning, resilience, and thoughtful next steps
  • Light weekly reading from SHIFT and optional reflection between sessions

The Benefits

The Seven Mindset Shifts We Practice

Each week draws from one or more of the seven mindset shifts from SHIFT: 7 Mindsets for an Inspired Midlife:

  1. Shift into Curiosity – releasing the need for certainty
  2. Shift into Connection – remembering you’re not meant to do this alone
  3. Shift into Response-Ability – pausing instead of reacting
  4. Shift into Alignment – syncing with what truly matters now
  5. Shift into Befriending Your Body – listening to what it’s telling you
  6. Shift into Stillness – creating space to see clearly
  7. Shift into Brave – cultivating the courage to choose what’s next

These aren’t hacks or self-improvement tactics. They’re practical ways of thinking and living that help people navigate change with steadiness.

What you'll walk away with

A clearer, more hopeful way to understand change as a season of possibility and some practical next steps.

  • Language and frameworks to navigate emotional highs and lows with steadiness
  • Practical tools for responding thoughtfully rather than reacting
  • Greater clarity about what no longer fits and what’s emerging
  • Renewed confidence in your ability to shape your next chapter with intention
