About Coaching Circles
Our four-week coaching circles are designed for honest, insightful conversations that help us rethink, recalibrate, and grow. Each week, for 90 minutes on Zoom, you’ll be part of a small group of 6-10 people, all here to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and support each other’s learning. Our learning platform organizes any pre-reading so you can dive right in, equipped for meaningful dialogue. With both day and evening options, everyone has the space to contribute, reflect, and leave with practical takeaways that reshape how we approach work, relationships, and life’s bigger questions.

Hello Sleep offers a compassionate, practical approach to mending our relationship with sleep, helping us move from racing minds and sleepless nights to rest that feels natural and restorative. Using Dr. Jade Wu’s evidence-based approach, we’ll explore the science and art of sleep, uncovering strategies to overcome insomnia without medications and develop the skills to truly rest.

If you’re someone who’s struggled to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling rested—and you’re open to understanding the science behind sleep—this is your space. Dr. Wu’s approach in Hello Sleep empowers you to develop practical skills and understand the unique factors impacting your sleep, so you can find rest without relying on medications.

The Format: Here's how it unfolds

How Long Will We Meet?
We’ll meet weekly for four sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. This format gives us the time to dig into Dr. Wu’s methods and build a toolkit of strategies for better sleep. Weekly gatherings let us support each other, share our sleep challenges, and explore how to integrate new techniques into our routines with care and consistency.

What Specific Challenges Will We Tackle Together?
Guided by Hello Sleep, we’ll address common sleep challenges like quieting the mind, managing nighttime awakenings, and overcoming the anxieties that keep us from restful sleep. Dr. Wu’s program is based on behavioral sleep medicine and is tailored to tackle various sleep obstacles, whether you’re dealing with stress, menopause, chronic pain, or other life events that disrupt sleep. We’ll also explore ways to safely move away from sleep medications, understand sleep patterns, and learn how to respond to sleep disruptions effectively.

What Will Our Sessions Look Like?
Each session will start with a grounding reflection, setting a calm, open space for us to explore our relationship with sleep. We’ll dive into group discussions inspired by Hello Sleep, where Dr. Wu’s insights on the science of sleep meet real-life experiences and practical exercises. Each week, we’ll tackle different aspects of insomnia, from understanding how the brain sleeps (or doesn’t) to practicing techniques for overcoming common sleep hurdles. Our conversations will draw on Dr. Wu’s guidance, encouraging us to build habits that lead to better sleep and a more restful life.

How Much Effort Will I Need to Invest Before and After Each Session?
Before each session, set aside 60-90 minutes to read from Hello Sleep and reflect on your experiences from the previous week. After each session, give yourself time to implement new practices—whether that’s a small change to your evening routine, a new relaxation technique, or practicing how you respond to sleep disruptions. Dr. Wu’s approach is gentle yet powerful, so each small step helps rebuild trust in your natural ability to sleep.
